Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of the date your order was delivered. Any return requests made after the 30-day window may not be accepted.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund:
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all seals intact.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.
Please note:
- Opened, partially used, expired, or tampered products are not eligible for a refund, except if the item is defective or incorrect.
- Perishable, refrigerated, or heat-sensitive products may be excluded from returns for safety reasons.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return:
- Email us at customerservice@saajlifetherapeutics.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Once approved, we will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization.
Do not ship products back without a return authorization, as this may delay or prevent processing.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to replace the item or issue a refund once the claim is approved.
Return Shipping Costs
- For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- For returns due to our error (defective or wrong item), we will cover the return shipping cost or provide a prepaid return shipping label.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
- It may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to process and post the refund.
Exchanges & Store Credit
At this time, direct exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you prefer store credit instead of a refund, please contact us; we’re happy to help where possible.
Final Sale Items
Certain promotional, clearance, or deeply discounted products may be marked as final sale and are non-returnable. This will be clearly indicated on the product page.
